CARROT & POTATO DRY CURRY
CARROT & POTATO DRY CURRY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 boiled potatos (cut 1 potato to 6 pieces)
- 1 carrot greted
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tsp oil
- Salt to test
- turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp everest chicken masala
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- A pinch of dry fried fenugreek powder
METHOD:
2. Add carrots, salt and turmeric powder. Mix it and cover it for 5 mins on medium flame.
3. Open the lid and add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt and mix it well.
5. Stir it on medium flame for about 10-12 minutes.
6. Then add potatoes, chicken masala and 1/2 cup water. Mix and cover the lid for 10 minutes on medium flame.

Aludam
Aludam RECIPE :
INGREDIENTS:
- 5-6 boiled potatoes
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 (1/2 cup) chopped onion
- 5-6 curry pattas
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to test
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Everest chicken masala
METHOD:
1. Cut the boiled potatos (1 potato to 4 pieces).
2. Heat a pan, put 1 tbsp oil and onions. Fry the onions till it became golden brown. Then add ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, chili powder and turmeric powder and rest 1 tbsp oil. Mix it well and cook for 10 minutes.
3. When it got nicely cooked, add everest chicken masala and stir for 2 mins.Then add 1 cup water and boiled potatoes and mix them well. Cover the lid and cook it on low flame for another 5 mins.
4. Serve it hot with rice or chapati.

Broccoli Curry
Broccoli Curry RECIPE :
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 broccoli
- 2-3 potatoes (1 potato to 6 pieces)
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp onion paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp everest chicken masala
- salt 2 tsp or to taste
- 6 tsp Oil
METHOD:
2. Shallow fry the potatoes with 1 tsp oil, till it look slightly brown in color.
3. Heat a pan, put 3 tsp oil. When the oil became hot add chopped onion in to the pan and stir till the onions became golden brown.
4. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and mix it well.
5. Stir it on medium flame for about 10-12 minutes.
6. When the masala will start discharging oil, put chopped tomatoes and cook it till the raw smell of tomato will go.
