Dahi Baingan







































Dahi Baingan RECIPE : 

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 brinjals 
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion 
  • 5-6 curry pattas
  • 2 tbsp Oil 
  • Salt to test
  • 1/2 spoon of panchapuran (cumin seeds+mustered seeds+fenugreek seeds+fennel seeds+black cumin seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder























METHOD:


1. Heat a pan, put 1 tbsp oil, sliced brinjals, salt and turmeric powder. Mix it well and cover the lid for 10 minutes.
2. When it got nicely soft, cook it for 5 more minutes as the brinjals will look slightly brown in color.
3. In a bowl put curd, salt and some water for as much consistency you want.
4. Then put the brinjals in that curd bowl and mix it.
5. Heat a pan and put oil, then add red chilies, panchapurans in that and wait up to the panchapurans cracled nicely.
6. Add chopped onions and curry pattas and stir it up to it became golden brown.
7. Then pour the bowl in to the pan. Mix it and cover it with in 4-5 seconds.
8. Serve it with rice and curry.
