Tomato Apple and Grape Chutney




Tomato Apple and Grape Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tomatos (cut 1 tomato to 8 pieces)
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 4 cubes of jagri or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste 
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 red chilies 
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 spoon of panchapuran (cumin seeds+mustered seeds+fenugreek seeds+fennel seeds+black cumin seeds)
  • 5 to 6 curry pattas 
  • 1 onion chopped



METHOD:


1. In a pan add chopped tomatos, chopped apple, grapes, jagri, salt and turmeric power. Cover and cook it for 10 minutes.

2. When it became soft remove it in to a bowl.                          

3. Heat a pan and put oil, then add red chilies, panchapurans in that and wait up to the panchapurans cracled nicely.

4. Add chopped onions and curry pattas and stir it up to it became golden brown.

5. Then pour the bowl in to the pan. Mix it and cover it with in 4-5 seconds.

6. Add roasted cumin and chili power, mix it well and cover it.

7. Serve with Rice and curry.


METHOD for Roasted cumin and chili powder:


1. Heat a tawa and put 5-6 red dry chillies and stir up to it became black in color.
2. Then add 5-6 tsp cumin seeds and roast it up to became black.
3. After became cold grind chilies and cumin seeds together.
